*Note: We can deliver to hotels and similar locations in Chuo Ward that are within walking distance of our shop (Minami 2-jo Nishi 9-chome). Delivery is free, though specific delivery times cannot be requested. Please provide the delivery location and desired date/time when placing your order.

We place the utmost importance on the freshness of our fresh flower bouquets.
To ensure you can enjoy the flowers for as long as possible, we source flowers specifically for your order at the market auction after the order is placed.
As the flowers require a hydration process (*mizuage*) upon arrival at our shop, placing your order at least one week prior to your desired pickup date (excluding weekends and holidays) ensures a smooth handover.

・For Sunday pickup ➡ Order between one month prior and 12:00 PM on the Tuesday of the week before pickup.
・For Monday pickup ➡ Order between one month prior and 12:00 PM on the Tuesday of the week before pickup.
・For Tuesday pickup ➡ Order between one month prior and 12:00 PM on the Tuesday of the week before pickup.
・For Wednesday pickup ➡ Order between one month prior and 12:00 PM on the Thursday of the week before pickup.
・For Thursday pickup ➡ Order between one month prior and 12:00 PM on the Tuesday of the week before pickup.
・For Friday pickup ➡ Pickup not available (store closed).

Please be aware that the flower market has busy seasons and irregular closures, which can sometimes make it difficult to source specific items. Placing your order well in advance—such as one month prior—will ensure a smoother handover.

Please be aware that if you are in Hokkaido—especially during the September wedding season—placing an order at the last minute or very close to your event date may result in us being unable to procure roses. This is due to the limited number of market auction days, so please exercise caution when planning your order.

< Note 3 >
Red roses—whether fresh or preserved—are highly popular nationwide during the Christmas season. For this reason, we recommend placing your order two weeks to one month in advance.
Please be aware that we cannot arrange for pickup or delivery during our year-end holiday closures in December, so please plan your schedule carefully.

< Important Note #4 >
◆ For those planning to give a fresh flower bouquet during the year-end and New Year holidays ◆
Generally, flower auction markets close for the holidays, and individual flower shops also take a break during this period.
Consequently, it is impossible to receive new flower shipments. Even if stock were secured in advance, maintaining the flowers' quality would not be feasible; therefore, customers cannot physically pick up fresh flowers at the end of the year or immediately after the New Year begins.
Please be sure to keep this in mind if you are making plans!
We will post information regarding our holiday closures on Google as the dates approach.

If you need a bouquet right after the New Year, why not consider a bouquet of preserved flowers—flowers that do not wither?

Red preserved rose bouquets are popular nationwide during the Christmas season and often run low on stock, so we recommend planning well in advance—ideally several months ahead of time.

③ After the flower auction, the flowers arrive at our shop.
・ We perform the necessary hydration treatment on the fresh flowers.
・ We will contact you as soon as the wrapping is complete (or send you an image via social media, etc.).

④ Customer Pickup (Our shop's business hours are kept up-to-date on Google.)

As consultations require time, we operate on a strictly appointment-only basis.
Please call 011-206-4801 (available 24 hours a day) and select option 2 from the automated menu.
Kindly check the availability on the reservation form before booking your appointment.

Please note that if you visit the shop without an appointment, we may be unable to assist you immediately due to prior engagements. To avoid any waiting time or a wasted trip, we kindly ask that you book an appointment via our reservation site.
As our floral arrangements are handcrafted, we work according to a set schedule. There may be times when we cannot step away from our work immediately due to existing orders; we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
You may also place orders and make payments in-store.
We use the "AirREGI" system, so please rest assured that we accept a wide range of payment methods.
